Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Site Coordinator Assistant with strong knowledge in camera surveillance systems, recreational vehicle storage, and construction terminology. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of self-storage facilities, ensuring optimal performance, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. This role requires a self-starter who can work independently, exercise discretion, and effectively track tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facility Management: Oversee the daily operations of self-storage facilities, ensuring they are well-maintained, secure, and operating efficiently.
  • Client Onboarding: Assist in the process of onboarding new clients and facilities, ensuring a smooth transition and setup.
  • Customer Support: Assist the Call Center by answering phones as needed and responding to tenant and customer questions in a timely manner.
  • Staff Management: Responsible for the hiring and training of CPOs (remote facility maintenance workers), ensuring they are well-prepared to maintain the facilities.
  • Coordination with CPOs: Work with CPOs on a daily or weekly basis to coordinate the maintenance of facilities, schedule routine inspections, and manage emergency repairs with outside vendors as needed.
  • Auditing: Work with CPOs to perform monthly audits to ensure all units are accurately reflected in our Management Software.
  • Website Management: Review company websites monthly to ensure accuracy; update pictures and company information as needed.
  • Reporting: Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for property owners, providing insights and updates on facility performance.
  • Meetings: Participate in weekly and monthly meetings to discuss operational updates, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year of office experience.
  • Technical Proficiency: Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with camera surveillance systems, recreational vehicle storage, and construction terminology is essential.
  • Task Management: Highly organized and task-driven, with a strong ability to track and manage various responsibilities effectively.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-Oriented: Demonstrates strong attention to detail in all aspects of the role.
  • Self-Motivation: A self-starter who is capable of working independently, taking initiative, anticipating needs, and exercising independent and sound judgment.
  • Planning & Prioritization: Effective in planning, prioritizing, and executing tasks in a timely manner.
