Responsibilities

• Assist Slovak-speaking customers with inquiries and provide effective solutions

Requirements

• Fluency in Slovak and English, both written and spoken
• No previous experience necessary; comprehensive training will be provided
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and dedication to delivering exceptional service
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications
