Role Overview

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy across multiple platforms. You will create engaging content, build strong brand awareness, and help position Cropink as a valuable brand in the e-commerce and performance marketing space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a creative social media strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Manage and grow our presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and X.
  • Create and schedule engaging posts, carousels, short-form videos, and other social content.
  • Produce content around topics such as e-commerce, performance marketing, ad creatives, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and creative strategy.
  • Monitor social media performance, track KPIs, and prepare reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and help build an active community.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams on campaigns, launches, and promotions.
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media, e-commerce, and digital advertising trends.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
  • Excellent written and spoken English with a creative flair.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and current trends.
  • Good knowledge of performance marketing, especially topics related to Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, e-commerce advertising, and digital creatives.
  • Experience in creating and editing visual content such as graphics, short videos, reels, or carousels.
  • Ability to analyze metrics and adjust strategies to support growth.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns and content streams.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in SaaS, e-commerce, or digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar platforms.
  • Experience working with content for B2B or marketing-focused audiences.
  • Understanding of paid social campaigns and how organic social can support broader marketing goals.
