Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager with a strong background in influencer outreach. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive growth. You will collaborate with influencers to amplify our message and expand our reach. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.
Salary: Php 40,000 – Php 60,000
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create and manage a social media content calendar to ensure timely and relevant content publication.
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and apply that knowledge to increase our social media presence.
Content Creation and Management:
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, images, video) across all social media platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content is informative, appealing, and consistent with brand identity.
Community Engagement:
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media channels in a timely manner.
- Foster relationships with our online community, encourage interaction, and build brand loyalty.
Influencer Outreach:
- Identify and establish relationships with key influencers in our industry.
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns.
- Negotiate contracts and manage influencer partnerships to ensure successful collaboration and alignment with brand values.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize content, improve engagement, and achieve marketing goals.
- Prepare regular reports to communicate social media performance and campaign results to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Demonstrated experience in influencer outreach and campaign management.
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns and influencer partnerships.
- Excellent knowledge of major social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Proficiency in social media management tools
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Ability to create visually appealing content (graphic design skills are a plus).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media metrics and data.
- Creative thinker with a passion for social media and influencer marketing.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
