Job Description

Zipdev is looking for a Social Media Manager / Virtual Assistant to join a dynamic and innovative company dedicated to helping others reach their full potential through fitness, mindset coaching, and community service. We seek a skilled Social Media Manager with strong video editing capabilities and virtual assistant experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience and a proven track record in managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, and performing administrative tasks.

We seek a versatile and proactive individual for a dual-role position encompassing Social Media Management & Marketing and Virtual Assistance. In this dynamic role, the successful candidate will manage social media platforms, execute marketing strategies, and provide virtual assistance to two entrepreneurs.

Preferred Schedule:

  • 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time Zone
  1. Social Media Management:
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement across multiple platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
  • Create and schedule compelling social media content, including text, images, and videos.
  • Monitor, respond to, and engage with the online community, addressing comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to keep our social media presence fresh and relevant.
  • Video Editing:
  • Create, edit, and produce high-quality video content for social media, including promotional videos, product demonstrations, and behind-the-scenes footage.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video concepts and scripts that align with brand objectives.
  • Ensure all video content is optimized for various social media platforms and adheres to best practices for video production and editing.
  • Virtual Assistant Tasks:
  • Provide administrative support, including managing emails, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Assisted with project management tasks and ensured timely completion of various assignments.
  • Perform research and prepare reports or presentations as needed.
  • Handle data entry and maintain organized records for various business operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management, video editing, and virtual assistant roles.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Tiktok, Instagram), tools, and best practices.
  • Strong video editing skills with experience using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Familiarity with virtual assistant tools and platforms (e.g., project management software, scheduling tools).
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred.
  • Leverage AI tools for content creation, including writing, image generation, and video editing.
  • Use AI-powered analytics and monitoring tools to track social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Personal Attributes: Creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Currently living in Latin America.
