Job Description


LOCATION: Remote, in Portugal

DEPARTMENT: Software Engineering

REPORTS TO: Software Engineering Manager


Broadvoice is looking for a skilled software developer with experience in Node.js and C#. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust and scalable software solutions that leverage Broadvoice’s innovative products. You will work closely with our product managers, designers QA analysts, and other developers to ensure that our solutions are delivered with quality, creating valuable solutions for our customers.


  • Design, develop, and maintain software solutions using Node.js (also using Nest.Js framework).
  • Maintain components in C#.
  • Collaborate with team leaders, product managers, and other developers from discovery to delivery of solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into technical requirements.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
  • Develop and maintain unit tests.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge-sharing.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation.


  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in software development using Node.js and C#
  • Experience with Git, Linux, and Agile development methodologies
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and willingness to work with remote teams (fluent English is a must)
  • Knowledge of React.js, Typescript, relational and non-relational databases, Docker, Apache Kafka, and UCaaS/CCaaS concepts is a plus
