As a Senior Manager/Product Owner for our 3DExperience products and services, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and be a part of a team that is shaping the future of engineering disciplines using the Product Lifecycle Management software and processes. In this role, you will own and continuously improve the PLM software, processes and procedures; advise the training of PLM staff, and provide technical direction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products and services meet customer needs and exceed expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the PLM Roadmap and Development pipeline; lead the Technical Team through Discovery, Development, Test and Production deployment of PLM features and functions
  • Lead the cadence of engagements with the PLM Subject Matter Experts, Business Area Stakeholders and Product Development team to continuously deliver capabilities based on roadmaps
  • Oversee and advise the user incident/problem reports submitted against the PLM Software and Process to devise a resolution plan
  • Drive innovation in our management and user community to utilize the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Roadmap leveraging Dassault’s 3DExperience platform
  • Create a ‘transformation of our workforce’ by enabling process and tools to support SNC’s engineering community
  • Lead the COE/COP implementation for Product Lifecycle Management
  • Drive a thought leader mentality into the engineering discipline to transform our super users into subject matter experts
  • Engage in building world class PLM deployment patterns with SNC’s Security and IT Team
  • Enable the use of DevSecOps principles in the management of PLM Software

Must-haves:

  • Bachelors of Science degree a related discipline and 6-8 years of related experience.
  • Related experience may be considered in lieu of required education
  • Extensive experience working in multi-disciplinary design and development teams
  • Fluent in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software and process implementation
  • Prior administration of Dassault 3DExperience is a MUST with knowledge of; Unified Product Structure (UPS) functionalityand application within the Requirements, Logical, Functional and Physical (RFLP) data SCRUM, SAFe and/or Waterfall techniques to manage engagement
  • Estimating cost and lead time for development items for software+process deployments
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required

Preferred:

  • Business Transformation practices such as ADKAR, Kaizen, SAFe
  • Key Technology Expertise based on industry practices driven from: Technology Readiness Level (TRL), ISO-15288 (Lifecycle Management), ASME Y14 (Y14 is ideal)

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $138,634.92 – $190,623.01. SNC considers several factors when extending job offers, including but not limited to candidates’ key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications.

SNC offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.

U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active U.S. Security Clearance for employment. Non-U.S. citizens may not be eligible to obtain a security clearance.
