We are currently seeking a highly organized and responsible Sr. Technical Interviewer/Engineer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct technical interviews in English with pre-selected candidates to validate their knowledge based on the job description.- Prepare and design technical tests using TestGorilla.- Document and evaluate interview results and input them into the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).- Provide detailed feedback to both candidates and the HR team.- Enhance existing technical tests and create new tests on our platform.
Requirements:
– At least 10 years of experience as a Full-stack/Backend Developer.- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Senior Developer, Tech Lead, or Architect.- At least 3 years of experience in a DevOps role using AWS and Azure.- Proficiency in Frontend technologies: Angular, React, or VueJS.- Experience in Backend technologies: Java, .NET, C#, Python.- Familiarity with software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and others).- Experience working in AWS/Azure/GCP cloud environments.- Knowledge of modern architectures: event-driven, hexagonal, microservices, and APIs.- Expertise in unit testing, TDD, and BDD.- Advanced English proficiency (B2/C1 level minimum) is required.- Previous experience as a Technical Interviewer/Engineer is desirable.- Experience using TestGorilla.- Availability for 5-10 hours per week and the ability to schedule them within a 24-hour notice.
