- Drive end-to-end strategic projects which result in the creation of a new business or accelerate the growth of an existing business
- Drive Carta’s foray into new software and financial products which leverage the power and depth of Carta’s data, customer relationships, and network
- Strengthen Carta’s market position as the leading cap table and fund administration software provider
- Help business leaders and executives make smart decisions by bringing data, analysis, and industry expertise to bear on the complicated problems we are solving
The Team You’ll Work With
You’ll be joining our Strategy & Business Operations Team. The Strategy & Business Operations team leads planning and delivery of key initiatives at Carta. This role will be responsible for taking the lead on high priority projects to incubate new products, scale existing businesses, or enter new markets.
The Strategy & Business Operations team partners with product and business leaders to drive Carta’s strategy, identify opportunities for growth and investment, and drive innovation and best-in-class execution across teams to accelerate our path to $1bn+ in annual revenue.

Salary
Carta’s compensation package includes a market competitive salary, equity for all full time roles, exceptional benefits, and, for applicable roles, commissions plans. Our minimum cash compensation (salary + commission if applicable) range for this role is:
Manager: $182,750 – $215,000 in San Francisco, CA and New York, NY
Senior Manager: $208,000 – $260,000 in San Francisco, CA and New York, NY
