We invite a skilled and proactive System Analyst with a strong technical background and extensive experience in monitoring production environments to join our team. You will help us build high-quality software serving the needs of a top global food & beverage chain with over 34,000 stores in 80 countries. You will work on a cloud component that facilitates communication with various internal services of the popular coffeehouse chain.

✅ Is that you?
- 4+ years of relevant experience as a System Analyst
- Strong technical background with hands-on production monitoring experience
- Upper-Intermediate English level
- Experience with data analysis and monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk)
- Knowledge of incident management and response tools (e.g., PagerDuty)
- Understanding of systems development, analysis, and design
- Basic knowledge of database design and uses
- Basic knowledge of project management techniques
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proactivity, initiative, excellent communication skills
Desirable:
- Experience in restaurant software applications
- Background in international, multicultural environments
🧩Key responsibilities and your contribution
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering effective production support, performing systems configuration and testing, and contributing to solution design.
- Gather, analyze, and document solution requirements; support user story creation
- Use LEAN techniques to develop business process design
- Configure applications, including creating attributes, workflows, and UI changes
- Support data conversion by extracting, loading, and validating data
- Develop and execute test plans, prepare test environments, and validate results
- Provide 24/7 support for critical systems; resolve and escalate trouble tickets
- Perform root cause analysis and build expertise in system support
- Coordinate issue resolution with vendors and teams, providing timely and thorough communication
- Create and maintain systems documentation; facilitate system training
- Write ad-hoc queries for mass data analysis and operational reports
