’s System Operations team plays a critical role within an organisation by ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the company’s IT infrastructure. Our team is responsible for managing and maintaining the systems, servers, networks, and applications that are essential for the day-to-day operations of our 8000+ employees. We are a team of technology enthusiasts and work to ensure that all technology resources are available, secure, and performing optimally to support the organisation’s business objectives.
The role of a Systems Engineer is instrumental in amplifying ‘s growth and enhancing employee productivity through your expertise in problem-solving, scripting, technology integration, and task automation. You’ll be working with stakeholders and partners throughout the business as part of our System Operations team.

- Primary technologies in our environment:
- Windows, VMware, and Linux operating systems
- AWS services
- 3rd Party SaaS integrations/APIs (e.g., GSuite, Okta, etc.)
- 3rd Party Software (e.g., Atlassian Confluence, JIRA, Slack, Active Directory)
- Server automation (Ansible)
- Server and application monitoring (Splunk, LogicMonitor)
Responsibilities:
- Optimize our employees’ day-to-day work experience by assisting in a variety of technical projects, and partnering to bring them to successful implementation
- Embrace continuous learning by exploring new systems and technologies and sharing knowledge with team members
- Identify and address operational opportunities and challenges effectively by developing scripts and tools (e.g. by retrieving data from 3rd-party APIs)
- Support the efforts of different teams across the business by working with them to define project requirements, design solutions, and plan & implement new systems.
- Keep our internal infrastructure reliable and secure by helping to design & maintain monitoring and alerting systems.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Proficiency in scripting (Python/Bash/PowerShell) and programming
- Background in Computer Science and Software Engineering
- Linux administration experience (CentOS preferred)
- Demonstrated experience in building complex systems end-to-end
- Familiarity with server automation and configuration technologies
- Windows experience is a plus but not required
Requirements:
- Ability to work M-F, full-time, 40 hours a week from January-May 2025
- Currently enrolled in an educational program through May 2025
Cash compensation range: 30 USD Hourly

The cash compensation above includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under ’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in ’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including their skills, experience, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
