Responsibilities:
- Negotiate terms and conditions of job offers
- Spot trends in talent acquisition, understand our competition and come up with ways to find good candidates.
- In charge of the hiring process, which includes finding, screening, testing, interviewing and choosing candidates who are qualified for different job levels.
- Review and enhance job descriptions to attract top-quality candidates.
- Actively look for potential candidates via different methods like job websites, referrals and recommendations.
- Generate regular reports on recruitment activities.
- Use different ways to publicize job openings. Make sure job descriptions are appealing to attract the best candidates.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Headhunter, Recruiter, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Effective organizational and time management skills.
- Work with integrity and high-level confidentiality with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Strong sense of responsibility. Motivated and persistent in meeting goals.
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media, niche professional websites and recruitment tools.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality regarding candidate information.
