No two days will be the same in this role supporting our highly successful Investment Services team based in the Brisbane CBD. As a seasoned administration professional, you will excel at managing a variety of tasks and requests that come through from your busy team. This means you’ll have an energetic, proactive attitude and great time management skills. Your day-to-day achievements will include:
- Preparing property reports, submissions, presentations, contracts, statutory and standard forms
- Prioritising requests from your team, including staff working remotely
- Assisting in marketing campaigns including the production of marketing materials and updating websites.
- Managing internal client database
- Coordinating client and departmental meetings, including taking minutes and preparing agendas.
- General administration including travel bookings, invoicing, and expense claims
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will;
- Be meticulous in your work with strong attention to detail
- Graphic Design skills would be highly regarded
- Advanced MS Office skills including Word and Excel as well as knowledge of Adobe InDesign
- Fast and accurate typing speed
- Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
- Team player with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the business
Previous experience within real estate or professional services environment desirable
