The Opportunity

We’re seeking a talented Technical Project Manager to lead large-scale implementations for our client’s enterprise customers. If you’re passionate about leading technical projects that drive innovation in data privacy and security, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

  • Plan and execute complex technical projects for Enterprise clients

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during implementations

  • Maintain detailed documentation of implementation tasks and deadlines

  • Manage cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery

  • Track project milestones, deliverables, and budgets

  • Identify and mitigate project risks proactively

  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior management

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

  • At least 4 years of experience managing large-scale technical SaaS projects for Enterprise clients

  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Asana, MS Project)

  • Ideally, a strong understanding of data privacy and data security technologies and compliance frameworks

  • Project management certification is a plus

  • Ability to work 3 days/week in an office in Falls Church, VA

Interviewing Process

  • Stage 1: 30-min virtual interview with the Founder/CEO (General fit)

  • Stage 2: Technical assessment and project management skills evaluation

  • Stage 3: 60-min on-site interview in the office (Cultural fit/Final)

  • Reference and Background Checks: conducted after successful interviews

  • Job Offer: provided to the selected candidate
