ManpowerGroup on behalf of its client, a global technology and services leader is looking for highly dexterous and digital-savvy Dutch speakers to work part time, 20 hours per week.
๐ HQ Location: Athens
๐ Working Model: Fully remote
๐๏ธYou will be reporting to Technical Support Supervisor
What you will do:
- Clarify customer requirements; probe for understanding, use decision-support tools and resources to appropriately provide resolution to the customer
- Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator (โKPIsโ)
- Management of incoming video-calls
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Ask probing question to identify the technical issue faced by the end user and support with the troubelshooting steps needed
- Work 3 days per week; Monday & Wednesday 10:00-18:00, Friday 10:00-14:00 FIXED SCHEDULE ๐
Requirements
What we are looking for:
ยท Native or near-native Dutch speakers
ยท Fluency in English
ยท Clear Communication Skills
ยท Tech savvy/Knowledge of MS office tools
ยท Enthusiastic, patient, empathetic, multi-tasking and communicative
