Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality technical support to Norwegian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network functions.
  • Document customer inquiries and solutions to maintain comprehensive support records.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about product offerings, services, and internal policies for accurate support.
  • Follow established guidelines to ensure compliance with quality standards in customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in technical support or customer service is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction.
  • Basic understanding of software, hardware, and networking concepts.
  • Proficient in using various computer systems and applications.
  • Willingness to relocate and work in Greece.
  • Valid European Passport or ID.
