The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of TikTok’s platform and algorithms, with a proven ability to target specific demographics and convert them into leads for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement TikTok marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and engagement.
• Create, schedule, and manage TikTok content that resonates with our target audience.
• Execute TikTok paid advertising campaigns, optimizing for reach, engagement, and lead generation.
• Identify and target specific demographics to build a robust network and generate leads for the sales team.
• Analyze TikTok analytics to track performance, refine strategies, and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment between TikTok initiatives and overall business goals.
• Stay informed on TikTok trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing TikTok organic engagement and paid advertising campaigns.
• Strong understanding of TikTok’s algorithms, analytics, and ad formats.
