About the role:

We are looking for motivated individuals who are eager to kickstart their career. As a trainee at WCS Group, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and training in various areas of our business.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with confined space works, including tank cleans and remedial tasks
• Support in completing inspections and maintenance tasks
• Learn installation works of pipework and valves
• Assist with servicing and maintenance of water treatment plant
• Work alongside our experienced team to establish and manage relationships with our valued clients
• Participate in training programs to develop your skills and knowledge

• No prior experience required – we are seeking enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong work ethic and willingness to contribute to a team
• Ability to adapt and learn new technologies and processes
• Valid driver’s license is required for field based roles
