Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Training and Software Sales specialist to join our clients’ team. In this role, you will be responsible for building on and developing current relationships as well as developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to promote a software product to a target audience. The software has been successfully used in the NHS to help analyse data and identify bottle necks; we are now looking for someone to take it to the next level.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Building on current relationships, and building new relationships to build awareness of the product
  • Analysing market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and optimise marketing strategies.
  • Managing social media channels, website content, and other digital marketing platforms.

We are looking for a candidate who has a strong background in pharmaceutical or software sales coupled with experience of working in the NHS/healthcare with a deep understanding of the technology industry. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and deliver impactful marketing content. Experience with digital marketing platforms and tools is also essential.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales in a healthcare setting

Strong understanding of the NHS and their current systems

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to build strong relationships

Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and tools

Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams
