The Training, Onboarding, and Development Manager for Outreach will have the opportunity to drive impact in building a world-class experience for our rapidly growing Clinical Outreach team at Charlie Health. This role will be responsible for managing, optimizing and measuring efficacy against key training and development programs. The Training, Onboarding, and Development Manager will work closely with Outreach team members and leadership to create impactful programs that improve rep productivity and new hire ramp.

- Optimize, manage and measure efficacy against key training and development programs, including but not limited to onboarding, new product launches, manager training, and systems and tools education.
- Lead new hire onboarding for all Outreach roles
- Build skill development trainings into our LMS
- Proactively assess for gaps and/or opportunities to improve rep productivity and ramp efficacy
- Collaborate closely with Outreach reps and leadership to tailor each initiative to the needs of the team and identify opportunities for optimization
- Consistently assess and optimize programming for scale as we continue to grow our team
- Regularly audit training materials for accuracy and relevancy
- Partner closely with our marketing materials vendor to ensure new hires have ample marketing materials during onboarding
- 3+ years of experience in sales or sales enablement
- Google suite proficiency
- Excellent project management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience building content (etc. slides, video, longform text) for a sales team
- Ability to manage multiple projects and execute on tasks in a timely manner
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate efficiently and autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and a passion for mental health care
