UI/UX Designer | Eltropy | Remote (India)
Job Description
We are looking for a creative UI/UX Designer with +5 years of experience to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing intuitive B2B SaaS products and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Role and Responsibilities:
Apply design thinking to deliver end-to-end user experience solutions with a focus on user needs and business goals.
Responsible for delivering all aspects of design, from defining customer needs to delivering concepts and prototypes to Ul specifications for development. Develop wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and design specifications based on customer feedback and product needs.
Identify and prioritize key areas for improvement in UI/UX for all Eltropy Unified platform products through regular customer and internal feedback surveys and User interviews
Collaborate closely with Other U/UX designers, Product Manager, and development team in planning, prioritizing, requirements analysis, task analysis, conceptual modeling, interaction design, and usability testing.
Best utilization of industry design standards and practices to define and implement design criteria, design guidelines, and design specifications.
Be passionate about all things UX and areas of design and innovation. Research and showcase knowledge of the industry’s latest trends, technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design.
What you offer:
B.Des (any branch of design) graduate or B.E/B.Tech graduate with +5 years of experience designing Web platforms, Mobile app design, and Responsive design.
Experience in designing wireframes, mock-ups and full fidelity designs
Hands-on expertise in using design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Balasamiq, and Illustrator.
Good knowledge of interaction design, accessibility guidelines, components, and design systems in Figma.
Proficiency with UX design processes, Lean UX methodologies, interaction, and user-centered design.
Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail along with excellent collaboration, and communication skills.
Problem-solving aptitude and self-motivation to take initiative and resolve issues.
Analytical mind with business acumen.
A clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design and design thinking.
