As a Value proposition analyst you will have complete oversight on the value proposition and growth of our 200K+ restaurants, identifying merchant needs and pains in order to create solutions that will help them operate better and increment their sales and user retention. You will be responsible for building, tracking investments, costs and profitability of the complete value framework.

You will work very closely with all of the key levers of growth (ie. ADS, CRM, Promos, Coverage, Visibility), Restaurant tools (Portal partner, Top restaurant program), Operations (Key north star metrics, performance, restaurant segments) and Product (tech releases on user app or restaurant tools).

Also, you will be responsible for operating and analyzing the value proposition model, understanding the P&L and value of the ally, cost for Rappi and pricing model, helping allies to optimize their investment while increasing others being cost-profitable for Rappi.

From the Restaurant organization perspective, you will partner with the BI-analytics team and product Leadership team, providing insights and inputs to drive strategies to build the strategies to hit the plans.

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the analysis and business case of Rappi’s Value Propositions plan 
  • Ensuring cost-efficient investment providing data insights 
  • Contributing to the value proposition framework and product, fully understanding needs, costs, and value for the ally.
  • Contributing to increasing the company’s Order Rate and Order Volume
  • Analyzing data and create insights that ensure the Value Proposition Model is generating value for our Merchants, our Users and Rappi
  • Leading the Value Proposition execution throughout all Rappi’s Verticals, including Commercial, Operations and Partner Investment teams, creating action plans, targets, dashboards and technology tools to make data-driven decisions

Good and now, what are the requirements for me to be part of this neon universe?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • +2 years of experience in data, preferably in the fintech ecosystem
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI (must), Google Data Studio, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • High Proficiency in SQL (intermediate)
  • Intermediate knowledge on Python (nice to have)
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking
  • Fluent Spanish and English (required)
