We are convinced that gifting is not necessarily about the physical gift as such, but about the personal touch and creativity that the giver has put into it – and that’s exactly what we do. Joy_ is a gift card that you can not only personalize and customize in countless ways, but can also be redeemed for each product at each and every online store, to give the recipients the flexibility they deserve.
In this way, we are replacing the dusty players in the huge gift card market and becoming the gifting backbone for the entire e-commerce industry. We want to create not just a gift card, not just a tech solution, but a brand that has a lasting impact on the consumer landscape.
We raised our PreSeed Round beginning of this year with BusinessAngels from the giftcard/ecom industry and will further grow now – with you.
What the role will involve.
Make Joy_ the major player in the b2b space with us. You have the opportunity to build up together with the founders the entire division and shape the product.
- Co-Create with the founding team the strategy and product offering for the b2b area
- Generate the pipeline & work on inbound and outbound streamlines
- Constant research on commercials and our customer’s business approaches: their buying personas & ideal customer profiles
- Play a crucial role in shaping our core b2b product by integrating your b2b insights, knowledge of the target audience, and personal vision.
- Gain a deep understanding of the business model and help build new revenue streams.
- Learn everything about Entrepreneurship (by doing it)

What makes a good fit?
We do look at your CV, but what we really care about is your personality, ambition and what you have created in your past.
- First working experience in customer-facing roles such as Business Development Customer Success, Account Management or similar roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Technology, or related field – an advanced degree is a plus
- High levels of empathy and emotional intelligence in your daily work with our customers to build trust-based personal relationships
- Self-motivated and proactive attitude, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Effectively prioritize tasks and coordinate a portfolio of multiple clients and internal stakeholders
- You have a excellent oral and written level of German and professional level in English
