Vice President, Digital Sales – AWS (Remote) is a recognized leader in delivering Customer Experience (CX) solutions on AWS. What you’ll be doingThe Vice President, Digital Sales is expected to drive net new sales of professional and managed services by acquiring new clients and expanding the business within existing clients within the AWS practice. This role is crucial for expanding our market presence, particularly in CX solutions built on AWS technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contact center and/or customer experience sales, with a deep understanding of Amazon Connect and related AWS services. Key Responsibilities:• Act as a trusted advisor to customers and prospects, providing expert guidance on leveraging AWS services to enhance customer experience.• Generate, manage, and execute pipeline growth across multiple channels, including self-generated opportunities through strong relationships.• Manage multiple sales opportunities from inception to close, responsible for deal qualification, strategy, and maintaining customer relationships.• Work cross-functionally with pre-sales solution architects, delivery, managed services, CXT consulting and CRM practices to propose the professional services roadmap to meet customers’ business needs and goals.• Collaborate closely with AWS teams, understanding how to co-sell and partner effectively with AWS.• Utilize outcome-based and solution-selling techniques to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets.• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, demonstrating a proven track record in the industry.What you bring:• 8+ years of experience in selling CX/Contact Center professional services.• 5+ years of experience selling directly to enterprise-level customers.• Proven ability to develop long-term relationships and partnerships with business leaders and decision-makers.• Highly self-motivated and results-oriented, with a flexible, “whatever it takes” attitude.• Proven success in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.• Strong understanding of Amazon Connect and other AWS services preferred.• Industry experience in Retail, Financial Services, Travel Hospitality, and/or Healthcare preferred.
This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program. Actual compensation offers to a candidate may vary based upon geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill levels.
