At Culture Amp, marketing is about understanding people — and building awareness about how our products/services can satisfy their needs. We’re looking for a versatile Web Performance Manager (6 month full time contact) who is eager to do just that!
The Web Performance Manager will focus on implementing web-based strategies that drive opportunities via the Culture Amp website. This role will collaborate cross-functionally with various teams globally, leading strategies and project managing key programs of work, with a keen focus on experimentation and optimization to improve overall web conversion and metrics.
This is a remote role strongly considering application for folks on the PST and MDT time zones.
As part of this team of amazing humans:
You will
- Oversee strategy, execution and performance of A/B testing, multivariate testing, and user journey analysis to improve website conversion
- Coordinate with others to manage and maintain the publishing of content, assets and campaign activity across the cultureamp.com marketing website
- Collaborate with SEO specialists to apply SEO and SEM best practices and strategies to increase website traffic and engagement
- Analyze website usage, metrics and behavior to drive forward strategy and action plans. Monitor and share regular reports and insights with stakeholders
- Collaborate cross-functionally with a diverse mix of stakeholders; providing guidance and support on SEO, CRO and web-based marketing best-practices
You have
- Experience in managing a website for a global B2B SaaS company
- Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), A/B testing platforms (Optimizely), heat mapping tools (Mouseflow), and CMS platforms
- Strong data analysis skills to interpret user data and derive actionable insights
- Expert working knowledge of CRO, A/B testing, and organic search concepts
- Project management experience and familiarity of relevant software (Asana)

For this role, the estimated base salary range is listed below. The range is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual skills, capabilities and experience, objectively assessed during the interview process.
In addition to base salary, your compensation package will include additional components such as equity and benefits. For sales roles, your package may also include sales commission.
