Design and oversee the build of new and modified integrations as a part of the wider technology team
Co-ordinate and own deliverables with internal and external downstream systems
Manage relationships with sender/receiver groups
•Integrations development
Produce required architectural diagrams and proposals
Accountable for producing integrations documentation and diagrams
Troubleshoot issues and lead resolution of issues working with teams across interconnected platforms
Working with business partners to gather requirements for enhancements to existing integrations and delivery of new integrations as approved as part of the program scope
Develop cutover plan for integrations and minimise interruption to existing integrations and users on Workday
Regularly maintain awareness of new updates to the system and effectively communicate appropriate information to impacted stakeholders
Skill Requirements:
Strong Workday integrations development and support experience
Experience of creating/supporting Workday integrations of multiple types: Core connectors, RaaS, EIBs, Studio, BIRT
Good working knowledge of web service technologies (REST, SOAP, JSON, HTTP, SSL, PGP, SAML, etc)
•Proficiency with XML, XPath and XSLT
Understanding of HCM functionality and Workday integration good practices
Ability to understand business requirements and turn into clear deliverables
Excellent technical understanding of SAAS platforms including integrations, security standards and data
•Delivery and customer focused
Strong risk awareness skills and management of risk
Creative solutioning and strong problem-solving skills with agility for fast and simple solutions
