Job Description

Part-time: 15 – 20 hrs/week

Location: Berlin or remote (Germany)

Are you passionate about communications? JustPlay is looking for a Working Student to take over a dynamic and cross-functional role, working closely with the Brand and People & Culture teams and playing a crucial role in enhancing the JustPlay brand across different channels.

  • Collaborate with the Brand and People & Culture teams to develop and refine JustPlay’s employer brand strategy across various recruitment channels (LinkedIn posts, website content, team related content production projects)
  • Support us in implement a cohesive tone of voice that reflects our team culture, helping to attract exceptional talent
  • Nurture partnerships with charitable organizations, devising content and campaigns that highlight their missions and our commitment to social responsibility
  • Coordinate with external PR firms and marketing agencies to drive impactful communications projects
  • You are currently pursuing a university degree in a relevant field such as Political Science, International Relations, PR, Communications, Marketing, or related areas
  • You have at least 1+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a startup environment or in non-profit organizations
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to craft engaging stories
  • Prior experience working with or supporting NGOs is a strong plus
  • You are a creative and strategic thinker with a passion for branding and an understanding for the potential of employer branding strategies in attracting talent
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills and the ability of managing projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience in content creation, particularly with a focus on employer branding and/or social impact initiatives
