100ms is building AI agents that automate complex patient access workflows in U.S. healthcare — starting with benefits verification, prior authorization, and referral intake in specialty pharmacy.

We're looking for a skilled IT Engineer to manage our multi-platform environment spanning Windows and macOS devices, ensuring seamless device setup, security compliance, and world-class end-user support.

Configure and deploy Windows laptops and desktops using Microsoft Intune and Autopilot for zero-touch deployment.

Set up and manage MacBooks using Apple Business Manager (ABM), Automated Device Enrollment (ADE), and Jamf Pro/Kandji.

Install, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) across platforms.

Administer Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) for identity management, conditional access, and SSO configuration.

Configure device security settings, including BitLocker (Windows) and FileVault (macOS) encryption.

Manage Microsoft 365 licenses, group policies, and compliance policies across the organisation.

Provide Level 2 technical support for hardware and software issues on both Windows and Mac devices.

Troubleshoot connectivity issues, including VPN, Wi-Fi, and network configurations.

Write PowerShell scripts (Windows) and shell scripts (macOS) for automation and bulk operations.

Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and manage device lifecycle from procurement to disposal.

Document troubleshooting procedures and maintain knowledge base articles for the team.

Collaborate with IT, HR, and other teams to ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding experiences.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.3+ years of experience in IT desktop support or systems administration.

Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).Proficiency with Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) and identity/access management.

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot for device management.

Experience managing macOS devices using Jamf Pro, Kandji, Mosyle, or similar MDM solutions.

Knowledge of Apple Business Manager (ABM) and Automated Device Enrollment (ADE).

Proficiency in Windows 10/11 and macOS (Ventura, Sonoma) troubleshooting and administration.

Understanding of PowerShell and Bash/Zsh scripting for automation.Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Freshservice.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work on complex, ambiguous technical issues.

Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.

Microsoft certifications: MS-102 (Microsoft 365 Administrator), MD-102 (Endpoint Administrator), or AZ-104 (Azure Administrator).Apple certifications: Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) or Apple Certified IT Professional (ACIT).Jamf certifications: Jamf Certified Associate or Jamf Certified Admin.

Experience with SCCM/MECM for Windows software deployment.

Familiarity with Munki, AutoPkg, or Homebrew for Mac software management.

Experience with hybrid Azure AD environments and Mac-Azure AD integration.

Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards (ISO 27001, SOC 2).Experience supporting remote and hybrid workforces.

Understanding of Apple Silicon (M1/M2/M3/M4) architecture and compatibility considerations.A growth mindset and openness to learning new technologies.
