Carports Anywhere is looking for dedicated, hard-working individuals to join our expanding team in Starke, FL. This is an in-person position with competitive pay and benefits. No prior experience is required – we’ll provide the training you need to succeed!

Position Summary:
We are seeking motivated and reliable Production Shop Crew Members to join our team. In this role, you’ll work with our production team to assemble, fabricate, and inspect carports and metal structures. Ideal candidates have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and are comfortable working with machinery and hand tools. Experience in metalworking or manufacturing is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble and Fabricate: Follow production plans to assemble carports, roll-up doors, and other metal structures to exact specifications.
Operate Machinery and Tools: Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and effectively in the fabrication process.
Quality Assurance: Inspect materials and completed products to ensure they meet company standards for durability and quality.
Collaborate with Team: Work closely with team members to meet daily and weekly production goals.
Maintain a Clean Workspace: Keep the production area organized and clean, following all safety protocols.
Assist with Loading and Shipping: Help prepare completed products for shipping, including loading and securing products for transport.
Follow Safety Guidelines: Adhere to all safety regulations and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Experience in a production or manufacturing setting is preferred but not required.
Ability to read and follow instructions, blueprints, and schematics.
Skilled in using hand tools and power tools safely.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Physical ability to stand, lift, and work on your feet for extended periods.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment.
