Review and refine AI-generated content related to post-merger integration, change management, cultural alignment, business process redesign, and transition strategies

Evaluate solution proposals for practical viability, alignment with M&A best practices, and compliance with real-world integration challenges

Draft scenarios and case studies based on your professional experience, highlighting common issues and success factors in post-merger settings

Create scenario variations from multiple viewpoints (e.g., integration lead, HR, business unit head, stakeholder)

Identify gaps, unrealistic assumptions, or insufficient change plans in AI-generated outputs and provide clear, actionable feedback
Simply put: You’ll use your post-merger integration and change management expertise to help AI systems learn from real-world examples—enabling more accurate reasoning about what makes an integration project succeed or fail.
Senior-level integration and change management leader with significant, hands-on experience in post-merger or major transformation initiatives
Located in the EU or UK
Demonstrated ability to advise on, lead, and execute integration or broad-scope change projects
Skilled at reviewing change management strategies, operating models, and communication approaches
Highly organized, independent, and able to provide structured, effective feedback
Available 8–20 hours per week and able to respond promptly
