Shift Quality Supervisor

Texas Instruments is seeking an experienced Quality Analysis Supervisor to join our team! The Individual performing this role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance systems and activities. You will define and specify the implementation of standards, methods, and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the precision, accuracy, and reliability of company products. You will also participates in the reviewing of engineering designs to contribute quality assurance requirements and considerations as well as assist product support areas in gathering and analyzing data. In this role you will generally supervise only non-exempt employees (inspectors, technicians).

Responsibilities : 

• Supervises, trains, and leads quality control inspectors  across Assembly to Post Test area
• Ensures compliance with ISO standards, safety regulations, and internal company procedures.
• Oversees daily QC operations, performing inspections, and managing defect tracking to prevent non-conforming products ship out from factory
• Collects and reports data regarding to  QA Inspection gate WIP,  Inspection record & Automotive lot retention record
• Collaborates with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure quality at every stage of production.
• This role require to be in 12 hours rotating shift

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, engineering or any relevant semiconductor experiences
• More than 1 year of relevant experiences or any supervisory experiences. 
• Involve in any quality experiences
