As our Development Lead, you are the linchpin between technology, the team, and management. You are not only responsible for developing high-quality software, but you also play a crucial role in the growth of your team members and the overall effectiveness of our development cycles. Your focus rests on three main pillars: Leadership & Management, Technical Excellence, and Operational Control.

We have been around for nearly twenty years and are still growing. Our team now consists of more than 90 colleagues, working together from two offices and various home offices across Europe. A significant portion of the construction world in the Benelux, Germany, and Denmark already relies on our platform and uses our software daily. And we have the ambition to conquer all of Europe!
