SIM Operations Intern

You will join the Operations team, responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of connectivity products and services to customers worldwide. The team manages SIM card inventory, provisioning processes, logistics, and operational support activities that enable the business to scale efficiently. Working closely with Product, Customer Support, and Supply Chain teams, we focus on maintaining operational excellence and delivering a reliable customer experience.

About the Role

As an SIM Operations Intern, you will support day-to-day operational activities related to SIM card lifecycle management and inventory control. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and managing SIM card stock levels, performing SIM pre-provisioning activities, preparing inventory reports, and assisting our logistics and fulfillment teams. You will also provide operational support to the wider operations team, helping ensure that products and services are delivered accurately and on time.

This internship offers hands-on exposure to telecommunications operations, inventory management, and business processes within a fast-paced and international environment.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and operational systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools.
• Good communication skills in English.
