We are looking for a Senior Software Recruiter to support hiring across software engineering, embedded systems, and firmware. This role requires the ability to recruit across the full software stack and partner closely with technical leads to identify and attract top talent.

Own full-cycle recruiting across full-stack, embedded, and firmware engineering roles

Partner with engineering leads to define role requirements and candidate profiles
- →
Execute highly targeted sourcing strategies across competitive technical markets
- →
Assess candidates across a range of software disciplines, including systems and low-level engineering
- →
Operate across both product engineering and infrastructure/kernel-level hiring needs
- →
Manage the end-to-end candidate experience from initial outreach through offer
- →
Improve hiring processes, calibration, and technical interview quality
- →
Contribute to talent market insights and hiring strategy
- →
6+ Experience recruiting for software engineering roles in fast-paced or high-growth environments

Demonstrated success hiring across full-stack, embedded systems, and/or firmware roles
- →
Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals and technical hiring landscapes
- →
Ability to “code-switch” between different technical domains (product vs. systems/kernel-level hiring)
- →
Experience partnering with engineering leads and hiring managers (director to senior IC level)
- →
Ability to operate independently while escalating edge cases appropriately
- →
Experience in robotics, AI, or deep tech environments preferred
What We Offer
~1 min readAt 1X your work and results will be rewarded with a total rewards package consisting of a base salary, stock options and benefits. Base salary range is $110,000 to $186,000. Your actual salary will be based on your knowledge, skills and experience.
