As the Human Resources Manager, you would be responsible for direct supervision of HR Generalist(s) and for oversite of the Human Resources function for programs and organizations as assigned. The Human Resources Manager provides direct support to the Sr. Director Human Resources & Payroll and the Chief Human Resources Officer in the planning and execution of all HR-related processes and programs through ongoing administrative support.

- High school diploma/GED required. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Management preferred.

- Minimum 5 years experience in the Human Resources function at a large organization; or equivalent education and experience

- Supervisory experience required.

- Valid driver’s license, proof of automobile insurance, and reliable transportation.
