As the Payroll Specialist, you would be responsible for supporting the Payroll Director and Senior Director of Human Resources & Payroll in payroll operations and ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing in accordance with federal, state and local laws.

3LS is looking for a quality-driven professional to join our amazing team as a Payroll Specialist. 3LS provides administration services and support, including Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Payroll & Marketing to the Omni Family of Services as well as external companies. We are 100% employee owned, and we are as dedicated to supporting our team members as we are to the clients we serve.

- Ability to be a team member and thought leader.

- High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, or closely related field or payroll certification preferred.

- Intermediate/Advanced experience in all MS Office applications

- Knowledge of wage and hour laws and multi-state jurisdiction; payroll tax calculations and payroll software.

-Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

-Ability to accurately deal with detailed and complex information in a confidential manner

- Valid driver’s license, proof of automobile insurance, and reliable transportation.
