Infrastructure IT Analyst

Responsibilities

→Provide local hardware support for workstations, laptops, tablets, Zebra and HP printers, mobile scanning devices, servers, and networking equipment.
→Provide local software support for Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office suites, and security tools.
→Support business-critical technologies and applications used in distribution center and regional sales branch operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory, and sales processes.
→Coordinate project work impacting the site, working both independently and as a member of a geographically distributed team.
→Maintain compliance with IT standards, security requirements, and operational procedures.
