These 6 month fixed term roles are ideal for people who enjoy delivering commercial impact, with clear ownership and visibility across the business.

It’s also a great opportunity to build your commercial experience and gain wide exposure across our retail business, working with teams and partners right across the end to end supply chain.
Responsibilities
~1 min read• Use your commercial experience to spot opportunities for continuous improvement, reducing cost and driving efficiencies across our retail operation and supplier base
• Influence and collaborate with colleagues across the business, constructively challenging where needed to deliver the best outcomes
• Act as a key link between internal teams and external partners, building open, trusted relationships
• Create clear, insightful analysis and turn it into recommendations that influence decisions and improve end to end profitability
• Create value through promotional and range optimisation, supporting the delivery of our value strategy for members and customers
• Experience in a commercial role within retail or a supplier environment
• A flexible, resilient approach, with the ability to adapt quickly and deliver results
• Strong relationship building and networking skills
• Confidence turning data into insight and communicating it in a clear, engaging way
• An analytical mindset, with the ability to make data meaningful for decision making
