General Operations Intern

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented intern to support general operations under the Director (Finance & Administration). This is a hands-on opportunity to gain experience across finance, CRM, admin, marketing coordination, and operational execution within a fast-paced SaaS business.

• →Assist in data entry, documentation, and record maintenance
• →Prepare reports for lead generation and operational performance
• →Support budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking activities
• →Conduct desk research and compile findings for strategic initiatives
• →Assist in validating financial and non-financial data
• →Participate in internal audits and compliance support
• →Take on ad-hoc administrative and coordination tasks as needed

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program (Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field)
• Proficient in MS Excel and Google Sheets
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
• Good written and verbal communication
• Eagerness to learn and take ownership of assigned work

• Exposure to real-world operations in a global SaaS business
• Cross-functional experience beyond typical finance: covering CRM, marketing and admin
• Mentorship from experienced professionals
