Responsibilities

  • Maintain comprehensive employee records within the HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring data integrity and compliance with organizational policies.
  • Assist in the execution of employee onboarding, induction, and exit processes, ensuring a seamless employee experience at every stage.
  • Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, corporate events, and team-building initiatives that align with the organization’s culture and values.
  • Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring effective communication and adherence across the organization.
  • Provide beginner-level support in performance management processes, such as tracking performance review timelines, collecting and collating appraisal data, and assisting managers and employees in understanding performance review procedures.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Good understanding of HR processes, HRIS, and employment regulations.
  • Should be proactive with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in the MS Office Suite and HRIS platforms.
