9fin's Design, Data, Engineering and Product Management (DDEP) department has grown rapidly to more than 100 people across multiple cross-functional product squads, and we are continuing to expand. We are seeking a VP of Product to lead our product management organisation.

This role will be responsible for all product management across all cross-functional product teams. You will partner closely with the CPO on AI product strategy from day one, with increasing ownership as you ramp. The CPO retains direct sponsorship of AI initiatives during the initial transition period to ensure continuity.

This is a pivotal leadership position at a strategic inflection point. You will bring structure, clarity, and focus to a fast-moving environment, while ensuring teams move with urgency and deliver measurable progress every quarter.
