As part of our transformation and operational excellence roadmap, we are currently looking for a PMO Engineer (F/H) to support our Program Management Office team and contribute to the coordination, monitoring, and continuous improvement of operational and transformation activities across our international organization.

The role will support project governance, planning coordination, KPI reporting, and process improvement initiatives in close collaboration with operational teams, project managers, finance, costing, and production sites.

Responsibilities

1. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Consolidate and analyze operational performance data
  • Build, maintain, and improve dashboards and KPI reporting tools (Excel, Power BI)
  • Ensure reliability, consistency, and visibility of operational indicators
  • Provide analysis and insights to support management decision-making
  • Contribute to performance improvement initiatives

2. Project & Planning Coordination

  • Consolidate and monitor transformation project planning across regions
  • Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and milestones
  • Support governance and project review routines
  • Coordinate planning activities with project managers and operational stakeholders
  • Produce consolidated reporting and planning visibility for management

3. Transformation Program Support

  • Support the follow-up of the transformation project portfolio
  • Contribute to project structuring and planning activities
  • Participate in the preparation and facilitation of project review meetings
  • Help monitor action plans and operational priorities
  • Support the implementation of operational excellence initiatives

4. Tools & Process Improvement

  • Contribute to the improvement and deployment of PMO and operational tools
  • Support users in tool adoption and day-to-day usage
  • Collect user feedback and suggest improvement actions
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization
  • Promote PMO methodologies, templates, and best practices

5. Stakeholder Coordination

  • Work closely with Operations, Costing, Finance, Product, and Production teams
  • Interact daily with international teams across France, China, India, and Mexico
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication
  • Support alignment between operational activities and transformation objectives

Professional Background

  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, Operations, or related field
  • First professional experience in project coordination, PMO, consulting, or operational environment
  • Experience in industrial or production environments is highly appreciated
  • Automotive industry exposure is a plus
  • Experience working in international and cross-functional environments is a plus

Skills & Abilities

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Good command of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana, Power BI…) is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Structured, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work in a transversal and fast-paced environment
  • Interest in operational excellence and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, process optimization…)

Languages

  • Fluent French required
  • Professional English (written and spoken) required
