Systems Administrator

Basic Qualifications :
-1-2 years Linux/Windows System Administration skills
-Security+ Certification
-Knowledge and ability to work with third party products, as required
-Integration and test experience desired
-The ability to work independently in a lab environment
-Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
-Must be able to obtain & maintain a security clearance at the SECRET level or higher

Desired skills :

-1-2 years’ experience supporting UNIX based users on a LAN, including operating systems
-Experienced in the installation of COTS-based computer systems.
-Experience solving end-user computer system problems and improving performance on the following platforms/operating systems: Solaris, Linux RedHat& RedHawk, Concurrent PowerMax, HP-UX and HP-RT.
-Ability to install and evaluate COTS software products and tools.
-Working knowledge of COTS software configuration management tools and processes is required.
-Working knowledge of data communications and networking is required.
-Experience working with customer/user representatives is required.
-Experience working on AEGIS Computer Systems B/L 5-B/L9
