Key Responsibilities
Assist in the development, implementation, and continuous refinement of CUHKMC’s overall corporate branding strategy to ensure brand consistency, enhance public trust, and strengthen hospital’s reputation;
Develop and manage social media content across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), execute campaigns, and monitor performance to enhance public engagement and grow the online community;
Design, manage and maintain the corporate webpage to provide an informative, accessible, and brand-aligned digital experience for patients and the public;
Create content and proofread corporate collaterals, including web copy, social media posts, newsletters, and branding collaterals etc.;
Collaborate with internal departments, healthcare professionals, and external creative agencies to promote the Hospital's brand and communication initiatives; and
Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor(s)
Job Requirements
Holder of a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related discipline
At least 4 years of working experience in corporate communications in sizable or international organisations
Applicants with more extensive relevant experience may be considered for a Manager position
Experience in healthcare industry is a definite advantage
Proven track record in developing and executing successful corporate branding and social media strategies
Strong understanding of digital platforms, web content management (CMS), and modern brand storytelling
Exceptional copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for visual design and brand tone
Creative, proactive, self-motivated and attention to detail
Capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
Proficient in MS Office application
Compensation and Employment Terms
We provide a unique employment experience for people seeking careers in hospital and healthcare industry; and offer competitive remuneration packages to the successful candidates. Appointment will be made on a 3-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
