4 years retail management experience within the last 6 years,
or
Bachelors degree and 2 years retail management experience within the last 6 years

PCS authorized for eligible associates. Relocation entitlements/allowances may vary.

Financial and inventory management.
Sales promotion.
Supervision of staff.
Staff development, training, and mentoring.
Performs other duties as assigned.
