Business Analyst I (S)

This is the entry level position in business analysis. The associate will develop a high degree of understanding of their assigned program. Under close supervision, they will extract data concerning their program and provide analysis of this data to associates. They will work extensively with stores, vendors, and HQ staff.

Three years of experience in making analysis, evaluations or other substantive determinations with regard to current and/or projected organizing/coordinating work.

Bachelor's and one year of experience in making analysis, evaluations or other substantive determinations with regard to current and/or projected organizing/coordinating work.

Degree (one of):

BACHELOR OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION - Preferred

Major/Minor (one of):

BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION - Preferred

FINANCE - Preferred

         Work – Onsite (HQ – Dallas, Texas)

Technical (Preferred/Required Skills/Systems):

• MICROSOFT OFFICE PRODUCTS - Required
• Knowledge of QA methodologies, interaction evaluation, defect taxonomy, sampling, calibration, and corrective-action management.
• Ability to elicit requirements, map current and future-state processes, document business rules, write user stories, and define acceptance criteria.
• Ability to validate, interpret, and communicate operational data, including QA scores, customer-satisfaction results, repeat-contact rate, transfer rate, handle time, resolution rate, and compliance findings.
• Ability to distinguish symptom from cause and develop practical, measurable corrective actions.
• Knowledge of the factors that affect customer effort, clarity, accuracy, empathy, timeliness, and first-contact resolution across voice and digital channels.

Cooperates and coordinates with other departments and contractors in the preparation of the analysis, research, design, development, conversion and implementation of programs, projects and/or systems.
Compiles and prepares reports, graphs and charts of data developed.
Supervises assigned associates.
Performs other duties as assigned.
