Custodial Worker - Ordnance (Shift: Sun-Thu btw 7:30AM-7PM)

Under general supervision, performs a variety of janitorial and custodial duties which are related to the general appearance and cleanliness of the interior of Exchange facilities, using industrial type powered equipment and ladders/scaffolds. Actively communicates/promotes the benefits of the Military Star Credit Card to customers in order to drive sales growth and increase customer loyalty

Education: Elementary school. Creditable job-related experience maybe substituted for the education requirement on a 9 months for 9 months basis.


If a sufficient number of qualified candidates do not apply, the minimum qualifications may be lowered without reposting. MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK ANY SHIFT SUNDAY-THURSDAY BETWEEN 7:30AM-7:00PM. DUTIES WILL INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO, CLEANING RESTROOMS, SWEEPING, MOPPING, EMPTYING AND TAKING OUT THE TRASH, CLEANING THE BREAKROOMS, WINDOWS, AND GLASS DOORS. CLEANING UNDERNEATH FOOD EQUIPMENT, USING LEAF BLOWERS, WEED WACKERS, AND PRESSURE WASHER TO CLEAN THE OUTSIDE OF THE FACILITY, WILL ALSO ASSIST WITH OFFLOADING TRUCKS AND STOCKING MERCHANDISE, ETC.
