Customer Experience Associate INT Customer Service -Main PX 1000-1930

Responsible for driving the customer experience through proactive and customer focused behaviors and actions. Actively evaluates customers' needs by listening, providing solutions, and making recommendations to maximize customer satisfaction and Exchange brand loyalty.

Completion of high school or the equivalent. Retail experience, demonstrated willingness, and potential for additional responsibility.

Sample Schedule

Ideal candidate can work a rotating schedule within the hours posted in the sample schedule below to include days. nights, weekends, and some holidays.   We offer holiday pay to eligible candidates.  Please see sample schedule below.

Holiday hours 0900-1700 closed Thanksgiving and Christmas
Job Qualifications

• Able to learn and adapt to current technology needs
• Able to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
• Able to think quickly on the spot to answer customer questions

Additional Qualifications/Requirements:

• Willing to cross-train and work in other areas of the store, as needed
• Must possess a welcoming and helpful attitude toward customers and other team members
• Cash handling experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Retail experience preferred
