Customer Experience Associate INT-Ft Drum Minimall Express 0700-1800

Responsible for driving the customer experience through proactive and customer focused behaviors and actions. Actively evaluates customers' needs by listening, providing solutions, and making recommendations to maximize customer satisfaction and Exchange brand loyalty.

Completion of high school or the equivalent. Retail experience, demonstrated willingness, and potential for additional responsibility.

YOU WILL MAINTAIN APPEARANCE OF THE STORE'S INTERIOR TO THE COMPANY STANDARDS, WHICH INCLUDES LIGHT HOUSEKEEPING.

Ideal candidate can work a varied/rotating shift between the hours/days listed in the sample schedule below to include weekends and some holidays.  We offer holiday pay to eligible associates.  Sample schedule

Sunday	0700-1500
Monday	1000-1800
Tuesday	1000-1800
Wednesday	1000-1800
Thursday	1000-1800
Friday	1000-1800
Saturday	0900-1800

• Previous Convenience Store/Gas Station experience preferred

As a Customer Experience Associate at the Express, you will assist customers in finding what they are looking for and ensure the Express is stocked with the products customers want. You'll know which products will meet customer's needs and stay up to date on trends. With your knowledge and helpful suggestions, customers will continue to shop the Exchange. You will prioritize customer needs over tasks and grow sales by maintaining merchandise, signs and labels on the sales floor.
