Customer Experience Associate - MCS (Shift: Tue-Sun btw 8AM-5PM)

Responsible for driving the customer experience through proactive and customer focused behaviors and actions. Actively evaluates customers' needs by listening, providing solutions, and making recommendations to maximize customer satisfaction and Exchange brand loyalty.

Completion of high school or the equivalent. Retail experience, demonstrated willingness, and potential for additional responsibility.


If a sufficient number of qualified candidates do not apply, the minimum qualifications may be lowered without reposting. MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK ANY SHIFTS BETWEEN 0800-1700 TUES-SUN. WILL ASSIST CUSTOMERS WITH PURCHASE TO INCLUDE WORKING THE SALES FLOOR TO ASSIST WITH PROPER UNIFORMS, THE DX COUNTER TO ISSUE UNIFORMS, SHOE DEPARTMENT, STOCKING CLOTHING, MEDALS, ETC. WILL PUSH THE MILSTAR CREDIT CARD AND CLEAN AREA AS NEEDED.
